Another hour at the gym. Feeling pretty ropey and sweated like crazy on some pretty basic aerobic stuff. But the weights were fine.
Feeling a bit under the weather so nothing hard, just 60 minutes spinning on my turbo. Delighted to find that the annoying creak has gone now that I have given it a good clean and tightened the pedal crank bolt.
