Well, it is official. I have resigned from IBM. I bet that there hasn’t been a resignation email in IBM titled “pothos” before. Or one that mentioned the troops of Alexander the Great. So, I am returning to teaching and waving good bye to life as an IT consultant. I will miss the people but not the job. I’m happy to be returning to teaching and just hope that it lives up to my “gass is always greener” expectations. Working 20 minutes from home and guaranteed to always being in my own bed are huge benefits. And there is even the chance that I will really enjoy it!

Then I see this stoy on the BBC web site. I really think that our American cousins might take to Twenty20 – it is perfect for the American audience. Heaven help us that the US might win the World Cup in 2019 (which will be in Twenty20 format by then…)
