{"id":71,"date":"2013-10-22T13:43:06","date_gmt":"2013-10-22T13:43:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thomas.w-p.me.uk\/blog\/?page_id=71"},"modified":"2013-12-30T17:34:43","modified_gmt":"2013-12-30T17:34:43","slug":"crider-cranberry-cider","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/thomas.w-p.me.uk\/blog\/homebrew\/recipes\/crider-cranberry-cider\/","title":{"rendered":"Crider (Cranberry Cider)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is really based on something from\u00a0Pat Mack and his <a href=\"http:\/\/homebrewingcaps.com\/\">home brew caps.<\/a>\u00a0 The caps are great.\u00a0 Really simple and clever.\u00a0 The change from the sweet syrupy cranberry goo to a lovely delicate crider is a real treat, and this was the first home made alcoholic beverage I&#8217;ve made that I have truly enjoyed drinking.\u00a0 It is a lovely colour too!<\/p>\n<h2>Tools<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>sterilising solution<\/li>\n<li>large fizzy drink bottle (I used 2l)<\/li>\n<li>funnel<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"http:\/\/homebrewingcaps.com\/\">home brew cap<\/a> &#8211; these are great, kudos to Pat Mack.
