It is also known as <i>second fermentation<\/i>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-3\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Hydrometer<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">A little floaty thing that you sterilize, pop in to your brew and read the specific gravity of the beer from a scale.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-4\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Specific&nbsp;Gravity&nbsp;(SG)<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">This guides you as to the amount of sugar in the brew by measuring how dense the mixture is.
